Resilience in times of uncertainty - Webinar
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks and challenges we face day to day. Boost your protective factors by better managing your emotions, building more positive relationships with others and using your strengths to be more resilient through the uncertainty of COVID-19. The session explores the five keys to resilience including dealing with unhealthy stress, managing negative emotions, keeping perspective, maintaining positive and healthy relationships under pressure, and ensuring life balance.
