Are you experiencing higher-than-usual levels of anxiety at the moment? You’re not alone. We all like predictability and at the moment there are many things that are still uncertain. For many of us, anxiety has become an unwelcome companion as we continue to navigate this difficult time. Join us as we chat to a psychologist about ways to stay on top of anxiety that many of us may be experiencing as a result of COVID-19.

Leya Snider
Leya is a registered Organisational Psychologist with a passion for wellbeing in organisations. Leya has worked across sectors, supporting organisations to boost engagement, shape culture and enhance capability. Leya has experience in delivery of interactive wellbeing-focused workshops and brings an evidence-based lens to real life problems faced in the workplace. She is part of the team managing the delivery of the Proactive Wellbeing Supervision Program for principals, and works closely with the Department of Education to address the wellbeing needs of staff in schools.
